About Me and My Yoga Journey
Hi, I’m Nitzan – 25 years old, from Kibbutz Misgav-Am 😊
I've been walking the path of yoga for the past eight years, and teaching for the last three – out of a deep love for movement, breath, and awareness.
I completed my teacher training in India, where I immersed myself in the philosophy of yoga.
After returning to Israel, I continued to explore and refine my teaching, focusing on how to make the practice and insights of yoga accessible to modern, Western lifestyles – with sensitivity, clarity, and connection.
For me, yoga is an opportunity to return inward – a space where I remember to slow down, listen to myself, and live with presence.
The style I practice and teach is Vinyasa inspired by Ashtanga – a dynamic flow that combines continuous movement with conscious breathing.
It strengthens the core, increases flexibility, and most importantly – reconnects us to what truly matters.
In a world that’s constantly shifting and sometimes feels chaotic and uncertain, yoga reminds us that we can always return to the anchor within.
